Lao Jiang and Lao Zhang were college classmates, and they have maintained a close connection from their student days to the present. After graduating from college, Lao Jiang worked as a QE (Quality Engineer) and PE (Process Engineer) at Foxconn and Lingguang Group in Taiwan. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing product quality control throughout the entire production process, from samples to mass production. He sought to improve product quality through testing, control, and process enhancements. Lao Jiang handled quality issues that arose during the production process, addressed quality anomalies, and worked on quality improvements. He also monitored the quality status of products, handled customer complaints, and provided solutions. Lao Jiang established various quality-related inspection standards and documents, guided outsourced factories in quality improvement efforts, and analyzed and improved subpar materials. During this period, he accumulated a wealth of valuable work experience.

Lao Jiang was known for his strong work ethic and extremely meticulous work attitude, leaving no room for error in his work. He pursued perfection in every detail.

Lao Jiang mentioned that his only hobby outside of work was music. At the end of a tiring day, he would lie in bed with his beloved headphones, immersing himself in the ocean of music. At that moment, all worries and fatigue would be pushed aside. Over time, he transitioned from a music enthusiast to a true audiophile, influenced by the passage of time and years.

Even during his student days, Lao Jiang harbored entrepreneurial aspirations. When he was invited to join the Wimlim Weileng brand, he didn't hesitate to become one of its core founders.
